Crew standards
Our crews go into the homes of people who are sick, recovering, or at the end of life. These are the rules they work by.
- Background checks
- Every crew member passes one before working a route.
- Two people per delivery
- Every in-home delivery has two crew members. Nobody lifts a bed alone.
- Identification
- Crews wear uniforms and ID badges, introduce themselves, and say which supplier sent them.
- Clean handling
- Equipment is wiped down before it goes into the home. Crews wear shoe covers inside.
- Patient privacy
- Crews see only the information they need for the stop and don't keep copies of anything.
- Equipment training
- Crews are trained on beds, patient lifts, and each other type of equipment before they set it up on a route.
- Problems reported right away
- Damage, access issues, and refused deliveries are reported to you as soon as the crew finds them, with photos.
